1. About Spire

Spire is a career intelligence platform operated by Joule & Torr Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013

Spire provides salary benchmarking, career analysis, and AI-powered career coaching services to working professionals in India. The platform is accessible at spire.buzz.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use Spire. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Offered

Spire offers the following services:

• Free Salary Diagnosis: A benchmarking analysis of your current compensation against market data for your role, city, and experience band. Available to all users at no cost.
• Career Blueprint (Paid): A personalised career analysis including market position assessment, 90-day action plan, skills gap analysis, company benchmarks, negotiation guidance, and curated learning recommendations. Available upon one-time payment.
• AI Career Coach (Included with Blueprint): A conversational AI assistant with full knowledge of your profile and blueprint, available to answer career questions.

4. Payments

Payments on Spire are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is displayed on the platform at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice.

Your payment constitutes a one-time purchase of digital content. No recurring charges will be applied without explicit consent.

5. Nature of the Service — Important Disclaimers

• Salary benchmarks are based on publicly available data, industry reports, and curated estimates. They are directionally accurate but not guaranteed to reflect exact market conditions at any given time.
• Career Blueprint content is generated using artificial intelligence and is personalised based on the information you provide. It represents informed analysis, not a guarantee of any career outcome.
• The AI Career Coach provides information and suggestions based on your profile. It is not a licensed career counsellor, therapist, or human resources professional.
• Outcomes such as salary increases, promotions, or successful job switches depend entirely on your own actions and circumstances. Spire makes no guarantee of any specific result.
• The accuracy of your diagnosis and blueprint depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Providing false or misleading data will affect the quality of your output.

6. User Obligations

By using Spire, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in the diagnosis form
• Use the platform only for lawful personal career purposes
• Not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content generated by Spire
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying data, models, or algorithms
• Not use the platform to submit false, defamatory, or misleading information
• Not share your Career Blueprint access with others for commercial purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Spire — including the platform design, salary benchmarking data, skills data, company data, courses data, and AI-generated outputs — is the intellectual property of Joule & Torr Private Limited or its licensors.

Your Career Blueprint is generated for your personal use only. You may not republish, resell, or claim ownership of the AI-generated content as your own original work.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Spire and Joule & Torr Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information provided by Spire

9. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Spire if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Spire shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jind, Haryana, India.
