Spire sells digital content — specifically, a personalised Career Blueprint generated using artificial intelligence based on the profile information you provide. The blueprint is created and delivered instantly upon payment.
General rule: All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once a Career Blueprint has been successfully generated and delivered to you. This is because:
In these cases, please contact us at jouleandtorr@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment receipt or Razorpay transaction ID. We will investigate and process eligible refunds within 7 working days.
Spire currently offers only one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. As such:
All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to the original payment method used (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) within 5–7 working days after we initiate the refund. Processing timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
Razorpay transaction fees are non-refundable in cases of merchant-initiated refunds.
If you believe an unauthorised transaction has occurred on your account, please contact your bank and email us at jouleandtorr@gmail.com immediately. We will cooperate fully with your bank's investigation.
We request that you contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly and quickly.
To request a refund under the eligible circumstances above:
