Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on Spire (spire.buzz), operated by Joule & Torr Private Limited. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.


1. Nature of the Product

Spire sells digital content — specifically, a personalised Career Blueprint generated using artificial intelligence based on the profile information you provide. The blueprint is created and delivered instantly upon payment.

Because the Career Blueprint is a personalised digital product that is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, it is not eligible for return in the conventional sense.

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to the original payment method used (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) within 5–7 working days after we initiate the refund. Processing timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.

Razorpay transaction fees are non-refundable in cases of merchant-initiated refunds.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe an unauthorised transaction has occurred on your account, please contact your bank and email us at jouleandtorr@gmail.com immediately. We will cooperate fully with your bank's investigation.

We request that you contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly and quickly.

7. How to Request a Refund
